Digital Products — Software, Firmware & Download Plans
Non-refundable once downloaded or used
All software, firmware, board files, APKs, and config packs are provided strictly on an “AS IS” basis. These files are uploaded by community members and are not subject to any quality control by Nirmal Electronics. Therefore, no refund is applicable once a file has been successfully downloaded.
Subscription Plans — Points-Based
- The 90, 180, and 365-day plans provide a fixed number of points usable during the validity period. Unused points expire at the end of the term — no refund is issued.
- A subscription is non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless no points have been used within 24 hours of purchase.
Responsibility Notice
- It is the buyer's responsibility to verify a file's compatibility with the specific device model before use.
- Nirmal Electronics bears no responsibility for any damage to a device (bricking) that occurs while flashing or uploading software — this depends entirely on the technician's skill.
- Any copyright infringement or harmful code in an uploaded file is the sole liability of the uploader.
Physical Products — Spare Parts
- Product images, prices (MRP), and stock status are as accurate as reasonably possible; minor differences in colour/appearance may occur.
- Delivery is confirmed based on stock availability after an order is placed. If a product is unavailable in stock for any reason, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative product will be offered.
- A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order.
- Delivery is available across India (typically 3–7 business days). Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
- Any complaint regarding a damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with an unboxing video/photos.
- Used, installed, or physically damaged products will not be accepted for return.
Return Verification Process (Video Call Verification)
- Before a final decision is made on whether a product will be returned, the buyer must participate in a video call verification process. The product's actual condition, defect, packaging, and other relevant aspects will be examined directly during this call.
- Based on this verification, Nirmal Electronics will make the sole and final decision as to whether the product is eligible for return/replacement/refund. This decision is binding.
- If the buyer does not participate in the video call verification or fails to cooperate, we reserve the right to reject the return request.
- If a return is approved, the shipping cost of returning the product must be borne by the buyer — except in cases where the return is due to Nirmal Electronics' own error (e.g., sending the wrong product).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, except where the return is due to Nirmal Electronics' own error.
No cash refunds will be issued — all refunds are processed electronically to the original payment method.
