• Smart TV software, firmware, and config files (digital downloads)
• Spare parts such as PCBs, panels, remotes, modules, MOSFETs, motherboards, power supplies, etc. (physical products)
• Download-points-based Subscription Plans (90 / 180 / 365 days)

This Website is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older, or authorized representatives purchasing on behalf of an organization.

An account is required to download software, order spare parts, or subscribe to a plan.

The user is fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration (name, email, phone number, address, etc.) is accurate and kept up to date.

The user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials (password) confidential and for all activity conducted through their account.

Any unusual or unauthorized activity on an account must be reported to us immediately at: support@nirmalelectronics.in

All software, firmware, board files, APKs, and config packs available on the Website have been, or will be, uploaded by community members (third-party users). Nirmal Electronics acts solely as a platform/medium through which community members can upload and share files.

Admin/Nirmal Electronics has no relationship with, control over, or liability for the content, accuracy, safety, functionality, copyright validity, or compatibility with any specific device of these files. These files are provided strictly on an “AS IS” basis, without any warranty of any kind.

If any uploader commits copyright infringement, provides misinformation, or uploads harmful code, full legal liability rests with the concerned uploader — Nirmal Electronics is not liable. However, any such violation may be reported to us at support@nirmalelectronics.in, and we reserve the right to remove the relevant file upon verification.

Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or using downloaded files in violation of copyright is strictly prohibited.

No refund is applicable once a file has been successfully downloaded — since the source, quality, and accuracy of the file are not under Admin's control. It is entirely the user's responsibility to verify the suitability of a file before use.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify a file's compatibility with the specific device model. Nirmal Electronics is not liable for any damage arising from selecting the wrong model or using an incorrect file.

Nirmal Electronics bears no responsibility for any damage to a device (bricking) that occurs while flashing/uploading software, as this work depends entirely on the technician's own skill and risk, and the file originates from a community source.

Product images, prices (MRP), and stock status shown on the Website are as accurate as reasonably possible; however, minor differences in the actual product's colour/appearance may occur.

Delivery is confirmed based on stock availability after an order is placed. If a product is unavailable in stock for any reason, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative product will be offered.

A GST-compliant invoice is provided with every order.

Delivery is available across India. Delivery time may vary depending on the area and courier service (typically 3–7 business days).

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

Any complaint regarding a damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with an unboxing video/photos, in order for a return/replacement to be considered.

Used, installed, or physically damaged products will not be accepted for return.

The 90, 180, and 365-day plans provide a fixed number of points that can be used at the time of download. Points are usable only during the validity period of the plan. Any unused points will expire at the end of the term, and no refund will be issued for them.

Once purchased, a subscription is non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless no points have been used within 24 hours of purchase.

Nirmal Electronics reserves the right to change prices and discount rates at any time; however, such changes will not affect any plan that is already active.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), and applicable taxes (GST) may be added separately, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to temporarily hold or cancel an order in case of payment failure or if a transaction is identified as suspicious.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical or technical errors in pricing.

Even if a return is approved, the return shipping cost must be borne by the buyer, except where the error is Nirmal Electronics' own.

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, and applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

The Website's own content — logo, design, text, images, branding — is the property of Nirmal Electronics. Copying, reproducing, or commercially using this content without written permission is prohibited.

Intellectual property rights (if any) in software/firmware files uploaded by community members remain with the respective uploader or the original manufacturer/brand — Nirmal Electronics does not claim ownership of these files (see Section 3).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirmal Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to device damage, business loss, or data loss.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
